Classes with over 12 entries were split by age

Class 22 - Yearling Bucks: 12 to under 24 months was split due to size

Class 22A - Yearling Bucks: 12 to under 24 months

Entry #2 ~ Points Earned = 4.0
Bango's Funny Farm Buddy ~ Owned by Robert Bango (Dekalb Junction, NY) ~ DOB: 03-31-16 ~ DOLP: 05-09-17
Judge's comments: This buck is placed at the top of the class for most closely representing the myotonic breed. He may not be the largest in his class but he is the most balanced and smoothly blended and standing wide. Good muscle coverage, level top line and standing straight and square on his legs and feet. I would like to see a little less slope in his rump.

Entry #8 ~ Points Earned = 3.5
Fall Over Farms A Salty Breeze ~ Owned by Rising S Ranch (West Warren, Utah) ~ DOB: 04-28-16 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: My 2nd place goat also stands wide and correct on his legs and feet. He is long and deep bodied with a nice slope of rump. He is not as level across the top line as the goat ahead of him, and although he has a nice myotonic head his scurs are a loss in points.

Entry #4 ~ Points Earned = 3.0
Crow's Nest Crow ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 03-05-16 ~ DOLP: 04-28-17
Judge's comments: My 3rd place goat is wide and is standing square and straight on his legs and feet. He has thick bone and correct slope of rump. He is not as muscled or smoothly blended as the goats ahead of him.

Entry #5
Geronimo ~ Owned by Circle H Fainting Farm (Elizabethton, TN) ~ DOB: 03-26-16 ~ DOLP: 05-15-17
Judge's comments: My 4th place goat has a level top line and deep chest with a long deep body. He is standing straight on his leg, but lacks the width you see in the goats ahead of him. Although he does have nice muscle I would like to see more finish on him to enhance the muscle. He has a nice myotonic head, but the gap between horns is on the tight side.

Entry #7
Back 40 Fainters WM Sir Spot WMF ~ Owned by Magnolia Creek Farm (TN) ~ DOB: 04-03-16 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: My 5th place goat is correct in structure with a level top line and slope of rump. However he is lacking finish and condition to give him the muscle and width to place him any higher. He has a nice myotonic head and standing correct on his legs and feet. He does stand wide on his hind legs. He is placed higher because condition and finish is something that can be corrected, structure and confirmation cannot.

Entry #6
Fieldcrest Farms Denali ~ Owned by L&O Farms (Liberty, PA) ~ DOB: 04-27-16 ~ DOLP: 05-18-17
Judge's comments: My 6th place goat is wider and more muscled than the goat before him. However he is not standing as correct on his legs and feet in the rear. Although he has more finish and muscle he stands just as wide. He is also steeper in the rump. He is smoothly blended.

Entry #3
Dusty Lane Fainters Simba ~ Owned by Donnell Farm Fainters (Elmore, Ohio) ~ DOB: 03-03-16 ~ DOLP: 05-14-17
Judge's comments: My 7th place goat has a long deep body with a lot of capacity. I am unable to see his legs and feet to judge their confirmation to move him up any higher in his class. However he does have a level top line and stands wider than the goat behind him.

Entry #1
Solis Occasus Villa Comanche ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 02-05-16 ~ DOLP: 04-05-17
Judge's comments: My 8th place goat is wider and more muscled than some of the goats ahead of him. However he is not as level across the top line. He also is not standing as correct on his legs and feet. He is splaying out ward with his rear feet.

Class 22B - Yearling Bucks: 12 to under 24 months

Entry #5 ~ Points Earned = 4.0
Spin River Meadows Leonardo Da Vinci ~ Owned by Spin River Meadows (Salem, OR) ~ DOB: 08-18-14 ~ DOLP: 05-05-15
Judge's comments:  I am placing this buck at the top of this class. He has a level top line, long deep body and a lot of capacity. He stands wide and straight on his thick bone. He has a lot of muscle and mass and is smoothly blended.

Entry #6 ~ Points Earned = 3.5
Rising S Ace in the Hole ~ Owned by Rising S Ranch (West Warren, Utah) ~ DOB: 02-15-16 ~ DOLP: 05-18-17
Judge's comments: My 2nd place goat is also long bodied with a level top line. He stands wide and straight on his legs. He has nice muscle but lacks the capacity and mass and thickness of bone the goat ahead of him has.

Entry #2 ~ Points Earned = 3.0
Green Pastures Eldorado ~ Owned by L&O Farms (Liberty, PA) ~ DOB: 02-27-16 ~ DOLP: 05-18-17
Judge's comments: My 3rd place goat may not be as large as some of the goats that stand behind him, but he standing correct on his legs and feet and is smoothly blended.   He is wide and well balanced for his size with a level top line and correct slope of rump. I would like to add length of body and capacity to move him up higher.

Entry #3
Triple-T Buckshot ~ Owned by Bucking Adoeable Fainters (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 01-16-14 ~ DOLP: 08-30-15
Judge's comments: My 4th place goat is long bodied with a level top line and nice slope of rump. He too has thick bone, nice muscle and is packed with power. I would like to see him standing more correct on his hind legs to move him ahead in the class. He has a nice masculine myotonic head, but the gap between the horns is too narrow.

Entry #4
Spin River Meadows Ansel Adams ~ Owned by Spin River Meadows (Salem, OR) ~ DOB: 02-18-14 ~ DOLP: 05-24-15
Judge's comments: My 5th place goat has a level top line and standing correct on his legs and feet. I like his thickness of bone but he lacks width and muscle to place him higher. However he is smoothly blended.

Entry #7
Rising S Goodbye Earl ~ Owned by Rising S Ranch (West Warren, Utah) ~ DOB: 12-19-15 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: My 6th place goat has a nice length of body for his more compacted body. He has nice finish and muscle along with a level top line. He is standing square on his legs however he does turn his toe out on the hind legs. He also is not as wide to place him any higher.

Entry #8
Flathead Fainters Montana Mayhem ~ Owned by Hush Hill Fainters (White Samon, WA) ~ DOB: 02-15-16 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: My 7th place goat has nice muscle and is smoothly blended. He has a long, deep body with a lot of capacity. He is not as wide in his front as he is from behind. I also would like to clean up his hind legs and feet to move him higher in the class.

Entry #1
Bango's Funny Farm Edward ~ Owned by L&O Farms (Liberty, PA) ~ DOB: 10-07-15 ~ DOLP: 05-18-17
Judge's comments: My 8th place goat is not as wide as the goats ahead of him. He also is not as level across the top line and is high and pinched over the wither. He also is turning his rear leg toe out. However I would like to commend him for his length of body and muscle for his size.

Class 23 - Two Year Old Bucks: 24 to under 36 months

Entry #3 ~ Points Earned = 2.0
HR Rising Son "Sonny" ~ Owned by Bucking Adoeable Fainters (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 02-07-13 ~ DOLP: 09-01-15

Judge's comments: I am placing this buck 1st in his class.  He is broad chested, wide, balanced, with a long deep bodied. His thick neck blends smoothly down into his shoulder. He has thick bone and is nicely muscled.

Entry #4 ~ Points Earned = 1.5
Triple-T Magnum ~ Owned by Bucking Adoeable Fainters (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 05-11-13 ~ DOLP: 09-01-15
Judge's comments: Our second place goat is close to our first place goat, also with a long body that is balanced. He gives up a little to the 1st place goat in his muscling and is not as broad chested.

Entry #1
~ Points Earned = 1.0
Solis Occasus Villa Will ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 02-10-14 ~ DOLP: 04-28-17
Judge's comments: The 3rd place goat is not as large as the bucks ahead of him, but he is balanced. He has a deep chest and is deep bodied.  Although he is nicely muscled he isn’t as muscled as the boys ahead of him and is shorter in the twist. I would also add length to his body to place him higher in the class.

Entry #2
Wild Acre Farm Flint ~ Owned by Pahl's Hogs and Goats (Baltimore County, MD) ~ DOB: 02-20-15 ~ DOLP: 05-17-17
Judge's comments: My 4th place buck is standing square and straight on his legs. He has nice length to his body with a level top line. He is standing wide in the front, but more narrow from behind. I would like to continue the width to balance him out. Nice buck but needs that balance and more muscle to place him higher. He is also a little narrow in between the horn set.

Class 24 - Three Year Old Bucks: 36 to under 48 months

Entry #5 ~ Points Earned = 2.5
Ahart Acres Wet Willy ~ Owned by Ahart Acres (Lebanon, OR) ~ DOB: 06-23-13 ~ DOLP: 05-19-17
Judge's comments: This buck is my 1st place buck today. Although he may not be the heaviest muscled or widest, he is the most balanced and correct. He is a power house packed with muscle and stands wide with a long body. He has a nice heavy bone and is standing the most square and correct on his legs and feet.

Entry #4 ~ Points Earned = 2.0

Ahart Acres Jagger ~ Owned by Spin River Meadows (Salem, OR) ~ DOB: 12-25-11 ~ DOLP: 05-24-15
Judge's comments: My 2nd place buck offers the most width and muscle, and is heavily muscled through the twist and rump. He has a level top line and is very wide bodied and deep. He carries himself on a heavy bone and stands correct on his front legs and feet. However, he is lacking in angulation of the rear legs and is splaying outwards with his rear feet at times, but not all the time which is why he still is well worthy of the 2nd placement.

Entry #3 ~ Points Earned = 1.5
Triple-T Beowulf ~ Owned by Triple-T Ranch (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 02-01-12 ~ DOLP: 08-23-15
Judge's comments: My 3rd place goat does not have the mass or muscle you see above him.  He also lacks in width to move ahead of the bucks in front of him. However he is still bell balanced, long bodied with a level top line and well-muscled. He stands straight and square on his legs and feet.

Entry #2

Circle H Fainting Farm Elvis ~ Owned by Erickson Tundra Tippers (Belle Plaine, MN) ~ DOB: 01-26-14 ~ DOLP: 04-05-17
Judge's comments: My 4th place buck is not as balanced or muscled as the bucks ahead of him. He is lacking finish and rear legs are more post legged than preferred. He does have a thick neck into his shoulders, but standing narrow in the front although he is wider in the rear.

Entry #1
Lazy Creek Acres Ole ~ Owned by Erickson Tundra Tippers (Belle Plaine, MN) ~ DOB: 03-01-14 ~ DOLP: 04-05-17
Judge's comments: My 5th place buck is not as wide in the rear as the buck ahead of him. Although he is standing straight on his legs and his front feet he is lacking proper angulation of the back legs. He is also weaker in the rear pasterns. However he does need to be commended for his length of body.

Class 25 - Four Year Old Bucks: 48 to under 60 months

Entry #1 ~ Points Earned = 1.5
Triple-T Cadillac Jack ~ Owned by Bucking Adoeable Fainters (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 01-13-13 ~ DOLP: 05-18-17
Judge's comments: This is buck is my 1st place buck of the class. He has a deep long body and level top line and long bodied.  I feel he is the most balanced offering proper height with his length of body. He is well muscled with a thick neck and broad chest. Although he is a little narrow between the horns, he has a nice myotonic head.

Entry #2 ~ Points Earned = 1.0
CMR Jude's Rodeo ~ Owned by Ahart Acres (Lebanon, OR) ~ DOB: 07-05-12 ~ DOLP: 05-19-17
Judge's comments: My 2nd place buck is heavily muscled and thick. He has a long body and level topline. He carries himself on a heavy bone. He is not as wide as our first place goat through the chest floor and I would like to add length to his leg to balance him out. I commend him for how packed with muscle he has.

Entry #3 ~ Points Earned = 0.5
Wallace's Crazy Acres Boss Hoss ~ Owned by Two Owls Farm (Dundee, Oregon) ~ DOB: 03-13-13 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: My 3rd place buck is nicely muscled, just not as heavily muscled as the bucks ahead of him. He also lacks their width. He does have a thick neck and level topline. I would like to clean up his front feet.

Class 26 - Five Year Old Bucks & Older: 60 months & older

Entry #1 ~ Points Earned = 2.0
R & R Lazy Acres Gossamer ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 04-02-11 ~ DOLP: 10-31-16
Judge's comments: I place this buck at the top of the class. He is a power house on a heavy bone to carry his mass. He is long bodied but more impressive is how much capacity he has in that deep wide body. He is balanced, broad and smoothly blended. He is heavily muscled over his entire body.

Entry #3 ~ Points Earned = 1.5
CWF Bois d' Arc ~ Owned by Triple-T Ranch (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 01-03-08 ~ DOLP: 08-08-16
Judge's comments: My second place goat is also very wide and long body. He is broad and deep bodied and heavily muscled, he however does not have the mass or capacity the 1st place buck has. He is also narrow between the horns.

Entry #4 ~ Points Earned = 1.0
Quinton Ranch Rodeo Star ~ Owned by Triple-T Ranch (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 07-24-04 ~ DOLP: 05-11-16
Judge's comments: My 3rd place buck does not have the mass, muscle or width the two bucks ahead of him has.  He does however have a level top line and a nice long body. He is smoothly blended and balanced standing straight on heavy boned legs.

Entry #2
Moonlight Farms Sidus ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 01-13-11 ~ DOLP: 09-01-16
Judges comments: My 4th place goat has a deep body, but not as balanced or wide as the buck ahead of him.  He too is standing straight on his legs and has heavy bone; however he is not standing as square on his feet. He should be commended for his level top line and capacity.

Senior Champion Buck
Res. Senior Champion Buck
Ahart Acres Wet Willy
Owned by Ahart Acres
(Lebanon, OR)
R & R Lazy Acres Gossamer
Owned by Solis Occasus Villa
(Virginia)
Judge's comments: I am placing this buck as my Sr. Champion buck. I feel this buck is most closely representing what a myotonic buck should look like. He is more heavily muscled through the twist and rump and wider than our reserve Sr. Champion. Judge's comments: My reserve Sr. Champ is the next goat that I feel is the closest example to our Champion.
