Judge's comments: I am placing this doe in 1st today as I feel she is the most balanced and smoothly blended with a level top line. Her deep body and capacity carries evenly over her barrel. She has nice muscling and wide chest and she is standing wide on her front legs. She has a very stylish and alert expression and myotonic head.

Entry #1 ~ Points Earned = 1.5

Judge's comments: My 2nd place goat also has a deep body blended smoothly. She is not as wide or heavily muscled as the goat ahead of her. Although she stands more narrow, she is still standing straight and square on her legs. She also has a level top line and alert myotonic head.

Pahl's Farm Tanzanite ~ Owned by Pahl's Hogs and Goats (Baltimore County, MD) ~ DOB: 01-17-15 ~ DOLP: 05-17-17
Judge's comments: My 3rd place goat also has a deep body and a lot of capacity. She has a level top line and is smoothly blended into the shoulders.  She is not standing as square on her legs and feet as the goat before her and slope of rump is more steep.

Entry #2
Green Pastures Splash ~ Owned by L&O Farms (Liberty, PA) ~ DOB: 11-16-14 ~ DOLP: 05-16-17
Judge's comments: My 4th place goat is nicely muscled over her font shoulders and rump. However I would like to see more width to her chest floor, as she stands she is standing narrow in the front. Her top line is not as level as the goats ahead of her and she is not as wide to place her forward in the class.

Judge's comments: This doe is my 1st place in the class. She is smoothly blended with a nice top line and slope of rump. She is packed with muscle, but still has a feminine look. She wide and has a lot of capacity. She is the most balanced doe in the class and is smoothly blended from her deep chest to her heavily muscled rump. She stands very square on her legs.

Entry #7 ~ Points Earned = 3.0
AHA Breakfast at Tiffanys ~ Owned by Hush Hill Fainters (White Samon, WA) ~ DOB: 02-14-14 ~ DOLP: 05-20-17
Judge's comments: This doe is my 2nd place doe. I have to commend her for her large frame, and how deep bodied she is. Her capacity, broad chest and over all condition brings her to the top of the class. I commend her for her long body. She stands very wide in her front, however she is not as heavily muscled or as smoothly blended as the goat at the top of the class.

Entry #1 ~ Points Earned = 2.5
Moonlight Farms Celeste ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 01-22-13 ~ DOLP: 07-23-16
Judge's comments: My 3rd place goat is another large frame deep bodied doe, similar to our 2nd place goat. Her chest is not as broad or deep and she is not as balanced standing more narrow in the front and wide in the back, which is why she stands behind the 2nd place goat. However you can tell she is a very strong muscle packed power house with a lot of capacity putting her ahead of the goats behind her.

Entry #3
Bangos Funny Farm Ellvira ~ Owned by Robert & Miranda Bango (Dekalb Junction, NY) ~ DOB: 03-23-14 ~ DOLP: 05-09-17
Judge's comments: My 4th place is goat should be commended for standing on very straight and parallel legs. She has a nice slope of rump and muscle following down the hind leg.  She also has a deep chest and a lot of capacity. She is not as smoothly blended from her neck into her front shoulder and is lacking the muscle the does in front of her has which is why she is in my 4th place.

Entry #4
Mulberry Ridge Attina ~ Owned by Donnell Farm Fainters (Elmore, Ohio) ~ DOB: 08-29-13 ~ DOLP: 05-16-17
Judge's comments: My 5th place goat you can tell his currently a working goat, and must be commended for a nicely attached udder. Although currently nursing she still maintains a lot of muscle over her rump. She too is a wide deep bodied doe with a lot of capacity. She is lacking the smooth blending and condition seen in the goats ahead of her in the class to move her forward.

Entry #2
Jamcin's Fancy Firebird ~ Owned by Solis Occasus Villa (Virginia) ~ DOB: 03-17-13 ~ DOLP: 07-16-16
Judge's comments: My 6th place goat may not be as large framed as the does ahead of her, but she is still packed with muscle. She has a deep chest and body with a lot of capacity. She also has the thick bone you like to see on meat goats. She is high over her wither and is not as wide or standing as straight on her hind legs to move her in front of the does ahead of her.

Entry #6
North Dakota Dreamin Lola ~ Owned by Erickson Tundra Tippers (Belle Plaine, MN) ~ DOB: 03-11-14 ~ DOLP: 04-03-17

She is a nice long bodied doe that is smoothly blended standing square and wide on her front leg attachment. She doesn’t have the muscle our does ahead of her has and not standing as straight on her back legs. She is toeing outwards on her back left.

Entry #5
