| Ahart Acres Nick ~ Owned by Ahart Acres ~ DOB: 12-24-10 ~ DOLP: 04-07-11 |
| Judge's comments: 1st Place - This goat is balanced and symmetrical in size and appearance throughout. He blends nicely from the withers through the backstrap. Would like to see more width between back legs, but overall a more balanced overall dimension and capacity. |

| Faint Hearted Ranch Jack Black ~ Owned by Ancient Valley Ranch (Mojave, CA) ~ DOB: 12-20-10 ~ DOLP: 05-04-11 |
Judge's comments: 2nd place – Nice level top line, legs are placed squarely under his body. He is square on his feet and legs.
1st over 2nd because I would like to see more depth in the heart girth, he looks a little pinched from the withers through the heart girth. |

| Faint-Hearted Ranch Braveheart ~ Owned by Katie Baker ~ DOB: 12-08-10 ~ DOLP: 04-09-11 |
Judge's comments: 3rd place – Level along the top line, nice width between the back legs.
2nd over 3rd because I would like to feel this goat and watch him on the move, but in the picture it looks like he is a little loose at the points of the shoulder which bring the front legs inward a bit, could be hair, but looks like he could be tighter in the shoulders. |
Note: only 1st - 3rd were ranked by the Judge. The following goats are in the order in which they were received.

| Judge's comments: I would like to see pictures of both of the youngest in the class with 3 additional months of growth on them. He is nicely structures and looks to have nice thickness in the legs. I would like to see a shorter neck. Also, I question his eye set. |

| Woody Creek Farms Rockin Robin ~ Owned by Indian Creek Fainters (Lerna, IL
) ~ DOB: 10-25-10 ~ DOLP: 05-03-11 |
| Judge's comments: 1st place – Nice large framed goat, blends nicely throughout, very balanced. Smooth blending from the tail head into the rump. Strength of bone more proportional to body size. Would like to see a little more angulation in the rear legs. |

| Bakken's Farm Sammy ~ Owned by Bakken's Farm (Independence, KS) ~ DOB: 06-02-10 ~ DOLP: 04-30-11 |
Judge's comments: 2nd place – Nice angulation in the rear legs
1st over 2nd because - the first place goat looks more rugged and has greater overall thickness and balance. |

the remaining 1st place winners and the animal standing 2nd in the class from which the Champion was selected.

| Triple-T Copper ~ Owned by Cody Teichert (Ramona, CA) ~ DOB: 04-09-10 ~ DOLP: 04-09-11 |
Judge's Comments: 2nd place – He has nice thickness throughout and a nice slop to his rump.
I placed this goat under the 1st place goat for 2 reasons. I would like to see a more balanced (larger) head for the body size with a more correct “fainter” ear set. Also he looks a bit posty in the rear legs. |

Class 4 - Senior Wethers: 24 months and over

| Squirt ~ Owned by Pyradise Farm (Firth, NE) ~ DOB: 05-03-08 ~ DOLP: 05-04-11 |

| Dan's Wild Bunch Oreo ~ Owned by Dan's Wild Bunch (Cherryvale, KS) ~ DOB: 06-15-08 ~ DOLP: 04-30-11 |
| Judge's Comments: 2nd place – This goat exhibits more muscling overall, but I placed him 2nd due to the steep slope in the rump and he looks narrow in the front and rear in these pictures. |

Senior Champion & Reserve Senior Champion Wether
Champion was selected from the 1st place winners of classes 3-4. Reserve Champion was selected from
the remaining 1st place winners and the animal standing 2nd in the class from which the Champion was selected.

| Judge's Comments: This was a hard decision. If this goat was anything other than a wether he would not be in this position due to the slop of his rump. I am judging him “pet or meat purposes only” and due to that I think he is more balanced throughout with a deeper more balanced barrel. |
I am placing this goat as my reserve champion because I would like to see more depth in the chest and deeper in the barrel. Although I give him credit for having a more correct slope from the loin though the rump. |

GRAND CHAMPION & RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION WETHER
Grand Champion was selected from the junior and senior Champion wethers. Reserve Grand Champion was selected from
the remaining Champions and the Reserve Champion animal from which the Grand Champion was selected.

| Judge's Comments: Although my Grand & Reserve choices are both younger wethers, I find them both to be more balanced throughout with stronger more desirable bone in the legs. |
